I started running late last year, too. My goal is to be able to run 20 straight minutes with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm working on it.

That's wonderful Mara! I have been getting really good but I want to make sure I'm doing it properly. I love the apps I've found. Did you begin on your own or did you have a trainer?
