"Take Away" - Week 20

"Take Away"

     Well, I think this week took care of a concern that a couple of folks brought up.  I know that we usually eat at home when we're trying to lose weight but honestly, that's unreal.  We go out and eat in restaurants and enjoy parties and such.  We need a plan to handle the eating away from home or ordering out.

     Take Away was my way of utilizing what is always in our faces, EVERY DAY!  I hope you enjoy and use it if you weren't already!  There's nothing new under the sun, right?
