"C25K!"

This week is all about the one form of exercise that folks debate on.  Whether it's necessary...what are the benefits....is it better than power walking....won't it ruin my knees?  I'll be talking about it all- my opinion of course.  I will take from a few articles but more than anything else, I will show you my version of how to get it done.
